Healing knows no boundaries. All distant healing sessions can be received from anywhere in the world—energy is not limited by space or time. Whether you're in the comfort of your home or a peaceful place of your choosing, the effects of healing will reach you just as profoundly.

For distance sessions, I will guide the energy work remotely while you simply relax in a comfortable space. There’s nothing you need to do—just be open to receiving. Once the session is complete, I will send you an assessment with insights from the session.

Within about 30 minutes, you’ll begin to feel the effects—whether it’s a sense of lightness, deep relaxation, or an energetic shift. I recommend staying hydrated after your session to support your body’s integration process.
