The Science Behind Tapping
Tapping combines light pressure on acupressure points with focused awareness on a specific issue (physical or emotional).
Here's how it works:

You gently tap on specific areas of the body (like the side of the hand, under the eye, collarbone, etc.) that are linked to the body's calming pathways, similar to acupuncture points.
Sends “Safety Signals” to the Brain
This touch stimulates the nervous system and sends messages to the amygdala — the brain’s alarm center — letting it know you're safe.

This helps your nervous system shift out of fight-or-flight mode and back into balance. It’s fast, effective, and often brings immediate relief from stress, pain, or emotional overwhelm.

What does a session look like?
We’ll sit in a quiet space (anywhere — a shop, event, or home). You’ll remain fully clothed and seated. I’ll guide you through light tapping on specific energy points (like the side of the hand, collarbone, etc.). You can tap on yourself or I can do it for you, based on your comfort.
There’s no pressure to talk much — just be present and open.
How will I feel afterward?
Most people feel lighter, clearer, calmer, and more grounded. Many feel a noticeable release of tension or pain. Sometimes emotions come up and gently move through — this is part of the healing process. You’ll leave feeling reset.
Do I need to believe in it for it to work?
